Do you ever get stressed out? Overwhelmed? Tired? Anxiety?

Do you wish you could feel more calm, more joy, more like yourself?

In a follow up to our last episode at I Grow Chicago Peace House, Keenan talks with Francine Brown, a massage therapist in Chicago, who led us all in a Kai Chi Do session.

Kai Chi Do is a movement meditation combining movement, breathing, music and even dance. The goal is to experience a feeling of connection -- to yourself, to others and to life.

You'll hear a little bit from the beginning of our class in this episode.
